I have a great desire to get dual purposes out of things... The wearable art jewelry sets I'm creating are an outlet of that passion.
Most of the sets I am creating can be worn in a number of ways... 2 bracelets become necklace ..or.. bracelet can be hung from necklace as a statement piece ..or.. add an extender for even more variety...,
Each lampwork bead is personally created at the torch, each set is one-of-a-kind constructed by hand, and each piece can become part of your own wearable art collection.
It's all part of my repurposing journey... many of the findings &/or hardware incorporated have been harvested from old style or costume jewelry pieces that were no longer appreciated.

Sometimes trash truly is treasure... I don't mean that ugly painting you found in the attic is really an antiquity....
More like when you can salvage something unused or otherwise soon to be discarded & then help it to become functional or enjoyed in a new way.
Sometimes I think I see something that could really be interesting and it turns out well and other times its a flop.

Yes, I have repurposed myself but, I have a background in real estate, marketing, & graphic design. I see no reason to put those talents to rest as retirement isn't in the near future.
